Ingredients

Our yellow corn tortilla shells are crisped until golden, then filled with slow-cooked pulled beef, grilled chicken or grilled prawns.

Our prawns are grilled with chipotle sauce for a smoky, slightly spicy flavour. We finish every taco with lettuce, pico de gallo, pickled onions, sour cream, house-special chipotle salsa and chipotle mayo.

The taco originated in Mexico, while the crispy hard-shell style became especially popular in Tex-Mex cuisine. It’s a crunchy twist on the traditional tortilla taco.
