Our version starts with three-colour crispy nacho chips, generously layered with salsa, hot cheese sauce, lettuce, pico de gallo, sweet corn and creamy bean paste.

We finish it with sliced jalapeños and cool sour cream, bringing together cheesy richness, fresh crunch, smoky salsa, creamy beans and a little jalapeño kick.
